Information

Travel isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither is how we plan it. Every trip is unique, and we take pride in designing experiences that reflect you. From weekend escapes to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, we handle the details so you can focus on the journey. Planning should feel exciting, not overwhelming—and we've got answers (and passports at the ready) to help make it happen.

Frequently asked questions

How much do you charge?

Do you charge a planning or research fee?
Yes. To provide you with the best possible travel experience, I charge a non-refundable research and planning fee. This allows me to dedicate time and expertise to crafting a personalized itinerary just for you.

  • $50 per traveler

  • $400 total for groups of 10 or more

This fee covers the time spent on researching, customizing options, communicating with vendors, and ensuring every detail aligns with your preferences. Once the fee is paid, I’ll begin working on your itinerary and provide up to 3 options to consider.

Please note: This fee is separate from the cost of your actual travel arrangements and is due before any planning begins.

Do you book flights?

I only book International flights or cruise flights. I will book Domestic flights with a 20% service fee.

Do you book anywhere?

I do focus on Europe and Cruising, but will book other vacations, if it is a good fit.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Many of our travel partners offer flexible deposit and payment options. We’ll walk you through everything during your planning session.

What if something goes wrong on my trip?

You're not alone! We’re here before, during, and after your trip to support you. If a flight gets canceled or plans change unexpectedly, we’ll work with the travel supplier to help make it right.

Why use a travel advisor instead of booking online?

We handle all the details — researching, booking, coordinating, and troubleshooting — so you don’t have to. You get personalized service, insider perks, and peace of mind from a real human (me!) who cares about your trip as much as you do.

Can you help with travel insurance?

Absolutely. Travel insurance protects your investment in case of illness, cancellation, or unexpected events. We’ll offer trusted options and help you understand what’s covered.

What documents do I need for international travel?

You’ll need a valid passport (and sometimes a visa). We’ll review all documentation requirements with you, including destination-specific guidelines.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Ideally 6–12 months in advance for international travel or peak seasons (like summer and holidays). But last-minute? We’ve got tricks up our sleeve for that too!
